About RentalsMTL

RentalsMTL is a Montreal based rental service. We connect tenants looking for apartments with landlords who have vacancies.

We exist because apartment hunting in Montreal is broken. Listings are expired, landlords don't respond, and tenants waste hours on dead leads. We do the legwork so you don't have to.

For landlords, we offer tenant placement, lease preparation, and rent increase calculations.
